Shipping Restrictions
Toms Tactical will not ship any items to Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Washington DC. Orders to these locations will be cancelled and refunded minus a 10% processing fee.
Price Matching
Toms Tactical will not price match or provide credit or refund if an item drops in price after purchase.
Paypal
Orders paid with paypal must ship to the confirmed address used in the paypal payment.
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact credit card information and billing address (i.e. the address your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect credit card or billing information may result in a declined transaction and a temporary authorization hold from your bank.
Payment cannot be split between multiple cards.
Billing/Shipping Address
Some orders with a different billing and shipping address may require additional verification to ensure that the order was placed by the card holder.
Cashier's Check & Money Order
We accept money orders and cashier’s checks in U.S. Dollars only. We do not accept personal checks or business checks. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check.
Customer Certification
The customer certifies that they are a US citizen or a permanent resident and will not transfer any items purchased from Toms Tactical LLC to any non US citizen or non permanent resident. The customer also certifies that they will not export any items purchased from Toms Tactical LLC.
Shipping Destination
Due to regulations, we do not ship outside of the U.S., to Puerto Rico, Guam, or to military installations located outside the continental United States. We also do not ship to import/export companies. International orders, or orders with an import/export company shipping address will be cancelled and charged a 10% restocking fee.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancelled orders will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If an order has already shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may return the item after you receive it. See return policy below for further details.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may request a return for a refund or exchange up to 30 days after purchase. No returns or refunds will be provided after 30 days. Toms Tactical LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned in new, unopened condition will receive a full refund minus a 30% restocking fee and actual shipping cost. Items returned in used or opened condition will be charged a 50% restocking fee and actual shipping cost. Please email sales@tomstactical.com for return authorization prior to returning any item.
Missing or misdelivered items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Any alteration, repair, or modification to parts will void any warranties on the product(s) both from Toms Tactical LLC and the manufacturer. If there is an issue with a product, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty replacement or repair.
Barreled upper assemblies returned in new condition will be subject to a 60% restocking fee plus actual shipping cost; used condition will be subject to a 80% restocking fee plus actual shipping cost.
If an item is returned to us because the wrong address was provided during checkout, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the customer, purchaser, and/or user to know and be in complete compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to the buying, receiving, possessing, and use of firearm related parts/accessories and any other item(s) purchased from this website and Toms Tactical LLC.
All products purchased from this website are designed and intended to be installed by a certified professional gunsmith. Bolt carrier groups and upper receivers should be checked by your certified professional gunsmith to ensure proper headspacing prior to use. Toms Tactical LLC will not be held liable for damages, personal injury, or death related to the use, misuse, or improper installation of product(s) purchased from this website.
