The trigger, hammer, bolt catch, safety selector, magazine catch, pivot pin, and takedown pin are all CNC machined from high quality 8620 steel (not MIM) and go through a 3 step heat treat process. This provides superior durability and quality over most other AR-15 lower part kit lpks on the market. Magazine catch button is 7075-T6 aluminum. Engagement surfaces on trigger and hammer are precision polished to give you a crisp trigger pull. The mil-spec buffer tube is manufactured from 7075-T6 aluminum and features hard coat anodizing. The Magpul MOE pistol grip features an ergonomic design that combines anti-slip texturing with internal storage core capability. The Magpul MOE trigger guard is an enhanced polymer trigger guard that features a shallow V shape for better use of gloves in tactical shooting or cold weather operations.
