All orders ship for FREE to anywhere in the United States! Including Alaska and Hawaii.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship 3-5 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
If I placed multiple orders, will they ship together?
Yes, if you place multiple orders and the first order has not shipped yet, all the orders will be shipped together.
Can you ship to an address that is not my billing address?
Orders over $250 must ship to the credit card billing address.
Can you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes.
Do you offer a LE or Military Discount?
We try to offer our products at the lowest possible price for everyone, every day. We are not able to provide a Law Enforcement or Military discount at this time.
Which shipping companies do you use?
Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. Shipping time is usually 3-5 business days.
Orders shipped to a Texas address will be charged 6.25% sales tax. Orders shipped to all other states are tax free.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Cashier's Check, and Money Order. When paying with credit card, please be sure to provide your exact credit card information and billing address (i.e. the address your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect credit card or billing information may result in a declined transaction and a temporary authorization hold from your bank. Orders paid with Paypal must ship to the confirmed paypal address used in the transaction.
Paypal does not allow payment for certain gun parts, so paypal is disabled for those items that paypal does not allow.
Do you accept prepaid debit cards?
Prepaid debit cards usually will not work unless there is a billing address set up for the card.
Can I use multiple credit cards for one order?
No, only one card may be used per order.
Why is paypal disabled for some items?
Paypal does not allow payment for certain types of firearms parts.
What is the best way to contact you?

How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will automatically receive an email with the tracking number when your order ships. Be sure to check your spam folder if you have not received your tracking number after 5 business days.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancelled orders will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This is due to credit card processing fees that are incurred. If an order has already shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may return the item after you receive it. See return policy below for further details.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may request a return for a refund or exchange up to 30 days after purchase. Toms Tactical LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned in new, unopened condition will receive a full refund minus a 5% fee and actual shipping cost. Items returned in used or opened condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee and actual shipping cost. Please email email@example.com for return authorization prior to returning any item.
Any alteration, repair, or modification to parts will void any warranties on the product(s) both from Toms Tactical LLC and the manufacturer. If there is an issue with a product, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty replacement or repair.
Custom upper assemblies returned in new condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus actual shipping cost; used condition will be subject to a 35% restocking fee plus actual shipping cost.
Do you have a live inventory system? If it says in stock is it really in stock?
Yes, we have a live inventory system, if it says in stock then it is in stock and ready to ship.
Tom's Tactical Lifetime Warranty
Tom's Tactical has a strong commitment to quality and great confidence in the parts we sell under our brand. All Tom's Tactical Brand products come with a lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects that may render the product unsafe or inoperable. We will repair, or replace the product if neccessary. This warranty does not cover normal wear from use. This warranty does not cover bolt wear. Any alteration, repair, or modification to parts will void the warranty.

Can you ship outside of the United States?
Due to regulations, we do not ship outside of the U.S., to Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, or to military installations located outside the U.S. International orders, or orders with an import/export company shipping address will be cancelled and charged a 10% restocking fee.
